Chief Investment Officer of Denholm Hall Management Limited. 1989 –1993 CFO of Eurasia Trading Company, 1994 –1996 Director Sector Capital (a corporate finance boutique financed by the IFC and EBRD). He was responsible for originating and evaluating a number of direct equity investments in the early years of the Russian markets. From 1996 – to date he has been with Denholm Hall, where he is General Director of all CIS operations. He is responsible for managing the 30 plus office in Russia and has the penultimate signature on all investments. Mr. Mikulin has been responsible for implementing and overseeing credit policy covering the Denholm Hall Russia Arbitrage Fund since 2000. He has also been a member of the Council of Advisors to the Russian SEC and is currently a member of the Mortgage Task Force Team at the Russian Housing Ministry. Education: Moscow Univ. Foreign trade, Moscow State Univ. of Afro-Asian Studies, MBA from Kellog School of Management (Northwest Univ., USA). Russian citizen.
